The Unseen Richie Havens: 1962 – 2010 Opening Reception

The City of Jersey City, Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Municipal Council, and the Jersey City Office of Cultural Affairs are excited to host an opening reception for August’s Rotunda Art Gallery exhibition, “The Unseen Richie Havens: 1962 – 2010.” An opening reception will be held on Tuesday, August 13, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the City Hall Rotunda, third floor. The exhibition will be on show from August 6 – 31.
About the exhibition:
“The Unseen Richie Havens: 1962 – 2010″ is an exhibition of original Richie Havens drawings, photographs, and memorabilia on display in recognition of the 50th Anniversary of the historic Woodstock Concert. The artwork, photographs, and documentation are on public view for the first time and are curated from the personal collection of Hip Hop Hall of Fame Photographer and life-long friend of the legendary musician, Ernest Paniccioli.
