On Monday, January 7, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers for our 2019 Special Event Permitting & Planning Open House. During the Open House, we will release the 2019 Special Event Application, share new information, answer questions you may have about the permitting process and introduce you to the Cultural Affairs staff!

This event is free and open to the public, and HIGHLY recommended for cultural and art organizations who plan to permit an outdoor event, festival or parade in 2019. For additional information about this Open House, please call (201) 547-6921.
